Parents’ Association

Making great things happen.

The Parents’ Association is your opportunity to connect more meaningfully with your daughter’s school life.

It is a chance to be part of community building a school that attracts a diverse and engaged student population from across Melbourne.

The group meets monthly, typically on the 4th Tuesday, at 7.30pm, in the staff room.

As well as hearing updates on goings-on in the school from principal Karen Money, the monthly agenda includes fundraising, social events, and the allocation of grants monies to an always diverse range of worthy recipients.

The association’s work includes running the Second Hand Uniform Shop, annual International Women’s Day gathering, a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day Breakfast , Trivia Night and Annual Raffle. Each year our fundraising activities raise over  $20,000 testimony to what a bunch of parents can do when they get together with a shared purpose (and great leadership).  The funds are used for resources, equipment and programs  to support our daughter’s education. In recent years this has included robot POA and a drone.

New members are always welcome.

So do come along and experience for yourself the satisfaction of helping to build a better school – both for your daughter, and the girls who will follow.
